movable house(mobile  house, prefab house):

Our moveable house is made up of light steel framework and the steel sandwich wall panel and the color steel roof tile with PU/EPS foam. It has the following charactericts:

1.Easy installation
Materials for wall and roof adopt the polystyrene foam plastic sandwich composite board covered with color steel board. The door adopts color steel board. The steel frame was galvanized.
2.It is used in office, command post, dormitory, meeting room,  purification factory building and cold storage warehouse, shop, added building and different temporary house in the fields of construction, railway, highway, irrigation, petroleum, commerce, travel and military affairs etc.

 Live and dead load capacity of roofing: 50-70kg/m²

 External and internal wall heat transmission coefficient: 0.35Kcal/m²hc

 Main skeleton(Base-plate or Floor plate Load Capacity): 150-200 kg/m²

 Wind resistance: Grade 11(wind speed≤111.5km/h)

 Earthquake resistance: Grade 7

Flat roof house

   Live and Dead load capacity of Roofing: 0.5-0.7KN/m²(50Kg-70Kg/ m²)

   External wall heat transmission coefficient: 0.35Kcal/m²hc

   Main skeleton (Base-plate or Floor plate Load Capacity): 1.5-2.0KN/m²(150Kg-200Kg/ m²)

   Wind resistance: Grade 11(wind speed≤111.5km/h)

   Earthquake resistance: Grade 7
